The subject of this award is transport services in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) within the area of responsibility of the client.

The services to be awarded are to be provided in the Rheingau sub-network on the following route:

RMV line RB 10: Frankfurt (Main) Hbf - Mainz-Kastel - Wiesbaden Hbf - Rüdesheim - Koblenz Hbf - Koblenz city center - Neuwied

The services to be awarded total in the timetable year 2024 (operating level 1)

- approx. 3.2 million train kilometers / year and in the timetable year 2026 (operating level 2) in total

- approx. 3.0 million train kilometers / year. This does not apply to operating level 1;

- approx. 2.2 million train kilometers / year on the RMV and

- approx. 1.0 million train kilometers / year on the SPNV-Nord as well as in operating level 2;

- approx. 2.0 million train kilometers / year on the RMV and

- approx. 1.0 million train kilometers / year on the SPNV-Nord.

The sub-network mentioned above is only awarded as a total service.
