Infrastructure maintenance and gardening of the Port of La Estaca and the lighthouses of the island of El Hierro. The scope of the contract is the one defined as the Service Area of the Port of La Estaca, as well as the facilities of the Orchilla Lighthouse and the new Punta Caleta lighthouse under project.

Among the main buildings and without this being a limitation of the buildings affected by the contract, there are the Maritime Station, the warehouse, the swamps and buildings of the marina, the control and surveillance booths, the pressure pump equipment, network of water and water tank.
