The delivery comprises operational, maintenance and renewal assignments on street light installations in Trondheim municipality.
The contract comprises operational, maintenance and renewal assignments on street light installations in Trondheim municipality in the period 1.1.2018 — 31.12.2021, with an option for a 1+1 year contract extension. The tenderer will have function responsibility for some of the assignments.
All amounts in this tender are for a 4-year period.
The assignments will include, amongst other things, periodic inspections/maintenance, replacing light sources when required, repairing damages/errors, replacing/installing street light installations, service assignments such as moving masts / cables / street light distributions, moving street light distributions from TrønderEnergi Nett AS' network stations, assembling meters in street light distributors as well as replacing LES fixtures.
The assignment also includes administering and planning work tasks, contingency, documentation, meetings, reporting to the builder and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation, maintenance and renewal of street light installations in Trondheim municipality.
Work on the operation of the street light installations will be continual and daily throughout the contract period.
