The municipality of Koggenland and the municipality of Opmeer intend to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor for the delivery (including the right of use), the implementation, the management and the maintenance of an ICT solution (including links) for the Social Domain.

A conversion of the existing solutions to the new ICT solution is part of this Assignment. The municipality of Koggenland and Opmeer aim to enter into a long-term partnership in this regard.

The ICT solution is delivered in SaaS form (Software-as-a-Service) with the concrete condition that the ICT solution is thus made available remotely and web-based for the use of the municipalities of Koggenland and Opmeer from the location(s) offered / designated by the supplier. The technical management of this ICT solution is also included in the service by the supplier and included. The functional management of the ICT solution is done by the municipality of Koggenland and Opmeer itself.
