1. The Contracting Authority described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct a public contract award procedure (Article 38 Pzp). The contracting authority to conduct the procedure and choose the most favorable offer (Part 1; Part 2 of the order) is the City of Zielonka.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2023 to the consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%)
4,963.29 MWh, of this:
1) For premises and facilities — (Part 1 of the order) — 3 311,30 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ,
2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the order) — 1 651,99 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1b to SWZ.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities (list of energy collection points is set out in Annex 1a to the SIWZ),1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2023 to the intake points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) of 3,311,30 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ.
2. Details of the electricity consumption of each collection point are described in Annex No 1a to SWZ.
3. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
4. The quantity of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity and a detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a and 1b to the SWZ
5. Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2023. Details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex No 1a to SWZ column 'date of entry into effect'.
6. Water and Sewer Company in Zielonce Sp. z o.o. - item 27 in workbook 8 of Annex No 1a to SWZ (Other facilities, PPE number PL_ZEWD_1434111368_09), the ordering operator plans to install photovoltaic panels on the facility. If investment is carried out, the supply of electricity for this PPE will take place until 31.12.2022 (the option of reducing the supply for this PPE by 12 months). If the right of option is exercised, i.e. shortened the supply period for this PPE, the estimated consumption for this PPE will be reduced proportionately, i.e. by 307 230 kWh.
7. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date of supply (“Notice Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
