The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended) covering works in the field of forest management, logging and skidding to be carried out at the Babki Forest District in 2020. The subject of the contract was divided into 6 lots (hereinafter: "the package"):
Performing forest management, logging and logging activities in the forestry area:
Package I - Kobylepole and Mechowo,
Package II - Mechlin and Łękno,
Package III - Błażejewo and Czmoń,
package IV - Drapałka, Mieczewo and Rogalin,
Package V - Performing forest management works at the Odrzykożuch forest nursery,
Package VI - Machine acquisition, skidding, and cutting of undergrowth in forestry: Drapałka, Mieczewo, on the indicated positions.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest management, logging and skidding resulting from Annex No. 3.1. to the Terms of Reference, which consists of attachments: 3.1.1.- size of works according to activities, 3.2.1.- zones of difficulty and distance from logging, 3.3.1.- sorting system of logging. The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1.1., 3.2.1., 3.3.1. are estimates. A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. Description of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR. The detailed description of the order is supplemented by a description of the activities constituting individual works specified in the introduction to the catalog of time standards for forest works (constituting an annex to Regulation No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of 23.11.2003 on the introduction of catalogs of working time standards for forest works - reference number OR-181-1 / 03) - Annex No. 15 to the ToR.
