Maintenance, glass cleaning and pest control with option to extend by 2 times 1 year

The service provision of maintenance and glass cleaning takes place according to predefined intervals and owes a service result, which was defined by individual result screens. The aim is to present the seven underground stops as well as three entry and exit ramps in a clean, hygienic condition at all times using value-preserving, technically sound procedures. The stops are located in the city of Karlsruhe. The object of the service includes bus stops, platforms, walls, ceilings, columns, stairs, entrances, distribution levels, operating rooms with facilities and station equipment, e.g. benches, garbage cans, information signs, LED indicators, ticket machines.

Glass cleaning includes cleaning of window surfaces, frames, according to the agreed specifications.

Pest control includes risk analysis, monitoring, prophylaxis and the control of premises in accordance with the agreed specifications.
