The subject of the contract is the delivery of gift vouchers with a total value of PLN 724,200.00 to Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Spółka z o. o. in Koszalin The term "gift vouchers", hereinafter referred to as vouchers, should be understood as bearer card marks issued and offered by the Contractor subject to exchange for goods or services within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 16 April 1993 on combating unfair competition (Dz.U. of 2020 No. 153, item 1913). Number and type of vouchers: gift vouchers with a total value of PLN 724,200.00 – the unit denomination of the ordered vouchers is PLN 50 / pcs.

Requirements of the Ordering Party:

1. Gift vouchers must be protected against counterfeiting by affixing

on them an appropriate hologram.

2. Gift vouchers must be redeemable in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship

in points specified by the Contractor, i.e. a retail outlet, hypermarkets, department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, where it will be possible to buy food, clothing and cosmetics products at the same time.

3. Gift vouchers must allow the purchase of food, industrial, chemical, cosmetics and clothing products. The place of redeeming gift vouchers should include commercial and service outlets (including large-area outlets with an active commercial area equal to or greater than 2,000 m2), located at least within the administrative borders of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

4. The required minimum number of retail outlets redeeming gift vouchers in the city of Koszalin is 60 retail outlets.

5. Delivery of vouchers will be carried out on the basis of an order, e-mail call

The Ordering Party 5 days in advance with the quantity, type of vouchers and delivery date.

6. The validity of gift vouchers cannot be less than 2 years.

7. The costs of delivery of vouchers to the place indicated by the Contracting entity and possibly other indirect costs related to the performance of the contract shall be borne by the Contractor.

8. The Ordering Party informs that it will meet unconditionally 60% of the anticipated demand, and the remaining 40% depending on the needs.

9. The Contractor will be obliged to present together with the offer a statement on the number of commercial outlets located in the administrative area of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, authorized to redeem gift vouchers offering an assortment of the trade and service industry.

10. The Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of gift vouchers in electronic form.
