The purpose of this contract is the execution of the custody and document management service of the archives of the Autonomous Organization «Residential Establishments for Elders of Asturias», as well as the organization, identification, description and computerization. The documents and administrative files generated to date by the ERA, corresponding to its central archive, are in a custody file located in the industrial estate of ASIPO (Llanera). The documents form a whole, a set that must be placed in a single building or unit to perform adequate control over it. The tasks, techniques and procedures established in the Technical Specification Sheet must be applied in a comprehensive and orderly manner and strictly subject to the provisions established in this regard by the regulatory regulations that may apply.
