TEO - SIB AMU Framework for the provision of a range of consultancy advisory services throughout Northern Ireland including: the consultancy commission is expected to cover the following disciplines:

— planning appraisal reports,

— handling of pre-application discussions (PAD) process,

— community consultation strategies,

— advice on site access limitations, the effect on development potential and how to mitigate the need for third party land and sightlines,

— advice on the resource requirements, technical inputs, timescales and costs necessary to support the preparation of individual planning applications,

— concept scheme designs suitable for outline planning applications,

— ad-hoc planning advice.
