The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the operation of the buildings of the Municipal Office in Łask, educational institutions, for the purpose of powering street lighting, as well as other premises and utility facilities belonging to the Municipality of Łask. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ. Other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract (Annex 7 to the SWZ). The Municipality of Łask (the Ordering Party) acts on its own behalf and, on the basis of signed agreements, on behalf of the entities listed in the SWZ. The contracting authority shall conclude a single contract resulting from this public procurement procedure.

The contracting authority shall conclude a single contract resulting from this public procurement procedure. The estimated demand for electricity for facilities in the period of 12 months from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 2 645 639 kWh. Determining the estimated demand for electricity is an element used to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities.
