The subject of the tender is the provision of a ferry vessel and the operation of the ferry according to a fixed timetable in the

Period from 01.01.2024 up to and including 31.12.2026 (3 years = 36 months) with the option of extending the contract by a further

year.

The service includes:

Provision and provision of a suitable ferry; provision of ferry staff (qualification and minimum number see under point 3.1 et seq.);

Regular maintenance and cleaning of the ferries; bunkering of the ferry; in the event of a ferry failure - ensuring a

Substitute traffic for the canal ferry.
