This contract is divided into tranches for Lot 4 "School Groups". It consists of a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches designated below:

- firm tranche:

- Maillaude school group (Maillaude primary school, Mourre de Sève primary school, La Pinède nursery school, Ecole Médico Scolaire),

- school group Becassieres,

- Jean Jaures School Group,

- optional slice nº 1: Gerard Philippe school,

- optional slice 2: Elsa Triolet school group.

As an indication, the optional tranches will be confirmed by 30.11.2021 at the latest.

Intervention 6 days / week from Monday to Saturday.

Annual attendance of the building: 110 000 people duration from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020.

- maintenance of 6 Sanitary Blocks type L200 from Mps.

- Municipal Park (2 blocks) 2 × week,

- Gentilly Park 2 × week,

- Place Charles de Gaulle 2 × week,

- St. Peter's Square 2 × week, parking Giry (church square) 2 × week

- maintenance of 1 dry toilet in the Municipal Park 2 × week.

- Plaine sports complex (6 × week) from Monday to Saturday,

- Chaffunes gymnasium (5 × week) from Monday to Friday,

- Coubertin gymnasium (6 × week) from Monday to Saturday,

- Sports hall (5 × week) from Monday to Friday,

- bowling pitch (6 × week from 1.1.2020 to 30.4.2020 and from 1.10.2020 to 31.12.2020) from Monday to Saturday,

- club house bowls (5 × week from 1.5.2020 to 30.9.2020) from monday to friday,

- Badaffier stadium (6 × week) from Monday to Saturday.

- school group Becassieres 4 × week,

- Jean Jaures school group 4 × week,
