The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of pacemakers and defibrillators as well as disposable medical equipment for the needs of the Hemodynamics Laboratory and the Vascular Surgery Laboratory for the Multidisciplinary Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wielkopolski Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. A detailed description of the subject of the contract along with the quantity is included in the price form, a list of required technical parameters and a draft contract, constituting respectively annexes to the SWZ.
The offered medical device should be admitted to the market in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and its implementing acts. The document authorising a medical device for marketing shall be understood in particular as the CE declaration of conformity.
