The purpose of this contract is to take samples and/or carry out tests.

This contract is carried out in the geographical area of the Charleroi Roads Directorate and the municipalities that are members of the

central purchasing.

The contract constitutes a framework agreement, within the meaning of Article 2, 35° and Article 43 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on procurement

Public.

It also constitutes a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article 2, 6° and 7° b) and Article 47 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on

Public markets.

The contracting authority responsible for the central purchasing body is the Walloon Region and the beneficiaries of this central purchasing body

are:

- The Charleroi Road Directorate (SPW MI);

- The Directorate of Road Techniques (SPW MI);

- The Walloon municipalities of the entire territory of the Walloon Region, having signed an accession agreement to the

Central purchasing (for their work)

The total estimated value corresponds to the maximum value of the initial contract.

The services consist of sampling and/or tests carried out either as part of investment projects or

maintenance of the network, i.e. on the network in service.

Orders from the Directorates or municipalities concerned will have as their object the following services:

1. Travel to the place of collection;

2. Sampling;

3. Conducting in situ tests;

4. Sending samples to the laboratory;

5. The transmission of samples to the Road Technology Department;

6. Laboratory testing;

7. The production of a test report in accordance with the standards;

8. The production of test results in the form of a standard table (in Excel format) is mandatory for the tests

concerned by these tables.

The inventory defines the technical conditions for carrying out sampling and/or testing.
