The Contracting Authority, Sør Trøndelag and Nord Trøndelag counties, with affiliated municipalities and organisations, invites tenderers, according to the Public Procurement Act of 16 June 1999 No 69 (PPA) and Regulation on Public Procurements of 7.4.2006 (PPR), to open tender competition in connection with the purchase of heating oil and fuel for bulk filling.

The procurement procedure is open for all interested tenderers to submit tender offers.

The purchase will be carried out in accordance with the Regulation on public procurements, part I and part III for procurements over the EEA threshold.

The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of heating oil and fuel in bulk for the individual county departments and institutions as well as affiliated municipalities and organisations.

The tender competition concerns framework agreement from 1.11.2016 to 31.10.2018 with the possibility for options of 2 years, 1 year at a time (1 year + 1 year).
