The subject of the contract is the purchase of motor vehicles. Vehicles must be made in accordance with applicable standards, must be free from, among others, construction, material, workmanship and legal defects and meet the conditions referred to in the Road Traffic Act and implementing regulations. The offered vehicles must have an approval certificate, certificate of conformity (EC) or equivalent document issued by an independent entity authorized to control quality, confirming that the delivered products comply with specific standards or technical specifications, e.g. a statement of the manufacturer/importer of the vehicle, on the basis of which the ordering party will be entitled to register the vehicle in Poland. A detailed description of the contract is included in the procurement documents, in particular in the Description of the subject of the contract – OPZ, constituting Annex 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d, 2e, 2f to the Terms of Contract (SWZ).
