The Brandmanagement of the City of Munich is looking for specialist planning for the software and hardware exchange of the Integrated Control Center (ILS) and Not-ILS Munich.
From 2023 onwards, the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior (StMi) will be providing all Bavarian ILSs with a new operational control system (ELS) and a new communication system, with ILS Munich acting as a pilot control centre. In order to operate the new ELS and the communication system, it is imperative to replace the existing hardware.
In this context, the complete hardware and software exchange of the operational control system, communication system and the infrastructure must be planned, prepared and tested, for which the fire management requires external specialist planning. The technical planning will also accompany the implementation.
In total, the future framework agreement will cover an estimated 5 625 passenger hours over the term of 2 years, including 2 renewal options of one year each.
A framework agreement with an economic operator is to be concluded for this purpose. This has a term from a surcharge of 2 years. In addition, there are 2 renewal options for one year each.
The specific commissioning is carried out by individual commissioning by the client.
