The purpose of this service contract is to provide supplementary pension insurance services, referred to in CPV No 66520000-1, of the CPV classification, which more specifically concern supplementary pension services in respect of public pension ('2 e pillar").

The purpose of the contract is to entrust an approved insurance undertaking with group insurance for a supplementary pension, of the "defined contribution" type, with guaranteed performance, for current and future contract staff members of the city of Andenne, of the CPAS of Andenne and the municipal sports andenne (autonomous control).

The pension commitment relates to the payment of a capital at maturity with the possibility for the affiliate or, in case of death, his successors, to request conversion of the capital into an annuity, in accordance with article 28 , § 1 st of the law of 28.4.2003 referred to above.
