1. The subject of the contract is the supply of paper and electronic press titles covered by the subscription of the publishing year 2024 to judicial units and CZdS IGB and KSSiP.
2. The delivery of the individual press titles covered by this order will be carried out successively in accordance with the publishing cycle of the relevant press title with the Publisher, while settlements with the Contractor will take place in monthly periods.
3. The item of the order was divided into 3 parts:
Part 1 - delivery of paper and electronic presses to courts from the area of Warsaw appeal
Part 2- delivery of paper and electronic presses to courts from the area of Kraków, Katowice, Reszow and Wrocław appeals and CZdS IGB and KSSiP
Part 3 - delivery of paper and electronic presses to courts from the area of Białystok, Gdańsk, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań and Szczecin appeals.

The list of locations to which individual press deliveries and quantities will be carried out, including the maximum quantities of data accessed to the electronic press shall be Annexes No 2a.1 to the SWZ.
