The single-supplier framework agreement aims to define the conditions for the execution of the supply of natural gas to the members of the Consortium Energia Liguria. The framework agreement does not directly derive obligations on the shareholders, but only the right for them to conclude with the contracting supplier, by means of special orders, supply contracts predefined conditions, within the period of validity of the Framework Agreement and within the limit of the maximum quantity envisaged.

The contract has as its object the administration of natural gas on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 164/2000 and s.m.i., lasting 24 months with presumed departure at 1.10.2021, at the pick-up points in ownership of the members of the Consortium Energia Liguria. The maximum quantity of supplies that can be ordered under the Framework Agreement amounts to 18 million smc in total for the two-year period covered by the Framework Agreement.

Participation will be allowed to subjects who meet the following requirements:

a) absence of the causes of exclusion referred to in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

(b) registration for activities relating to the tender in the register of companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if it is an EU State, in accordance with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

c) registration in the list of persons authorized to sell natural gas to end customers, pursuant to Article 17, paragraphs 1 and 5 of the Legislative Decree of 23.5.2000, n. 164 and Article 30 of the Decree Legislative Decree of 1.6.2011, n. 93;

(d) carrying out in the last three years (financial years 208-2019-2020), of similar gas supplies, with not less than 60 total delivery points (PDR), for not less than EUR 6 000 000,00 in total;

(e) carrying out at least one of the supplies subparagraph (d) of a total of not less than EUR 2 000 000,00 within the specified three years;

f) possession of quality certification, in accordance with UNI EN ISO standards of the 9000 series, issued by approved accredited bodies, for activities corresponding to those covered by the contract.
