1. The subject of the contract is the printing and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of the following materials:

a) Information brochures in Polish-English version – 3000 copies,

b) Invitations to the conference summarizing the project – 150 pieces,

c) Posters informing about the conference summarizing the project – 20 pieces.

2. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement — the model contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).

3. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1D to the swz.

4. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
