Allocation of program support services for the large district town of Radeberg in the “City Centre of Radeberg” assisted area in the federal-state funding program “Living Centers”

The program supervisor to be assigned is to be entrusted with the entire organization and coordination as well as the management of the tasks incumbent on the funding measure. The program supervisor is intended to advise and support the city in all upcoming tasks within the framework of the development area and handle all tasks assigned to him in close cooperation with the city or the administrative staff there. The program supervisor is responsible for project management and urban planning advice as well as financial support and advice for the municipality.

The program supervisor must take on a case-by-case basis for funded measures:

- Advice and support during the preparation and execution of municipal construction measures

- Advice and support in the preparation and handling of municipal regulatory measures

- Advice and support during the preparation and execution of private construction measures

- Advice and support in the preparation and handling of private regulatory measures
