Provision of a Network Performance Monitor infrastructure: provision of physical and virtual equipment for the analysis and monitoring of network traffic as well as migration/training/consulting services.
The subject of the contract provides for the provision of the following products and services:
— physical or virtual devices that allow the analysis and monitoring of traffic coming from TAP, SPAN, ERSPAN, Netflow, IPSLA or equivalent ports and from polling metrics via SNMP. HW/SW maintenance is also required for 48 months.
— centralized management tools for physical or virtual equipment including all the functionalities that allow constant visibility of the real-time state of the monitoring activities, troubleshooting, capacity management and quality, as well as the possibility of creating and scheduling reports and statistics on the use of the service itself. HW/SW maintenance is also required for 48 months.
— specialist consultancy service, to be used for subsequent maintenance and evolutionary activities on the equipment,
— migration service from the current NPM platform,
— training service on the configuration and use of the NPM platform.
