1.The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as amended), covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, harvesting and logging, harvesting and harvesting Christmas trees and maintenance of tourist facilities to be carried out in Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District in 2022 in Orelec forestry. 2. Proceedings are carried out: 1) under unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) (1)) in referred to Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to the PZP, 2) in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), 3 - 4 of the PZP.

1. The subject of the order: works in the field of breeding and preservation of forest, obtaining and breaking of wood, procuring Christmas trees and maintenance of tourist facilities to be carried out in the Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District in the year 2022 in Orelec forestry.

2. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in a manner referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
