This contract is a multi-year supply contract with orders within the meaning of
article 2, 20 ° of the law of 17.6.2016 having for object the acquisition, maintenance and subscription of PEGA licenses of the IT park of the public service of Wallonia. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single contractor for the benefit of the Walloon Region (the public service of Wallonia and the services of the Walloon Government, in particular the offices of the ministers of this Government) represented by Mrs Valérie De Bue, Minister of the Public Service, Information Technology, Administrative Simplification, in charge of family allowances, tourism, heritage and road safety. These entities will place orders with the successful bidder of the framework agreement as and when their own needs arise.
The tenderer is requested to submit an offer for the various items included in this CSC and in the inventory.
These positions (more fully detailed in "Title IV Technical prescriptions" of this CSC) are four in number and are as follows:
- item 1: acquisition of perpetual PEGA licenses;
- item 2: maintenance of PEGA licenses;
- item 3: monthly subscription of PEGA licenses.
