Framework Agreement for the provision of Secure Vehicle Patient Transport Services.

The service will encompass patients that require the following:

— Transportation by a secure vehicle containing a complete robust barrier between the driver and the patient i.e. low level of security.

— Transportation by Category B transport i.e. High level security.

All drivers will be required to be control and restraint and first aid trained. There will be specific vehicle requirements for both levels of secure transport some of which shall include padded protection and blue light facility.
