The city administration of Döbeln intends to build a new fire station in Lüttewitz. Total cost framework (KG 200-600): currently approx. EUR 2.15 million gross

Construction costs (KG 300+400): currently approx. EUR 1.446 million gross

According to the draft contract (Annex 1), the planned contract for the project deals with the following services:

- Structural planning of the work phases (Lph) 1 to 6 according to HOAI § 51 ff in conjunction with Annex 14

- Special services according to the contract, including preparation of comparative calculations for several possible solutions, engineering control

If the tendered service phases are commissioned, the order is expected to end in December 2025.
