Residual planning and construction of an NGA network together with house connections with house connection management in Hinterzarten and Oberried
Lot 1 - HinterzartenThe client plans to set up an NGA network (FTTB) in part of the municipal area of the Verbandsgemeinde of Hinterzarten. The aim is to eliminate any white spots that are still present there.
The project is to be funded in accordance with the guideline "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" as well as according to the administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing of funding from the Guideline for the Support of Broadband Expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV Broadband Co-financing) and VWV Broadband Promotion. The preliminary funding decision of 17.12.2019 for the project is attached in the annex to the preliminary funding decision of 17.12.2019. Overall, investments totalling around EUR 4,094,442.61 net are planned for the expansion of the NGA network (FTTB).
The specifications and specifications of the funding or project promoter regarding the material concept must be observed.
Investments of around EUR 493,143.63 net are planned for the expansion of the backbone.

The current planning status essentially corresponds to the preliminary stage of approval planning, which is based on the existing structural planning. A total of approx. 169 FTTB house connections are planned. The project includes:
- New track construction (paved surface): 11,741 m
- New track construction (unpaved surface): 3,948 m
- Cable feed into existing conduit: 444 m
- FTTB distributors (cabinets and/or shafts): 14 pieces
- PREFABRICATED POP buildings and/or cabinets: 5 pieces
Furthermore, the eligible drivage based on reserve capacities and the connection of paths of adjacent light grey spots (excluding tunnelling addresses) via the grey spots upgrade are planned. Further strategic-functional connections in the context of the upgrade grey spots are reserved.
The planning status will be communicated accordingly with the request to submit an offer in the next procedural step.

The project is to be funded in accordance with the guideline "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" as well as according to the administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing of funding from the Guideline for the Support of Broadband Expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV Broadband Co-financing) and VWV Broadband Promotion. The preliminary funding decision of 17.02.2020 for the project is attached in the appendix preliminary funding decision of 17.02.2020. Overall, investments totalling around 4,123,230.79 net are planned for the expansion of the NGA network (FTTB).
