Equipping conference rooms with multimedia sets

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of conference room equipment with brand new videoconferencing multimedia sets and peripherals in order to expand the existing videoconferencing infrastructure along with installation and implementation works, in the existing Cisco Meeting Server and Skype for Business environment, by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, including:

1.1. delivery of hardware together with system software to the Ordering Party (hereinafter referred to as: "Hardware"); 1.2. providing 12-month technical support for Hardware and Software manufacturers (maintenance); 1.3. performance of installation and implementation services, consisting in installing, configuring the Hardware and Software in the Ordering Party's environment; 1.4. providing a guarantee for the supplied Hardware and Software. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions, rules for the performance of the contract and conditions of equivalence are specified in the Draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 5 to the Terms of Contract (SWZ).
