- Lot 1: City bike 3V hub gear, women's and men's model
- Lot 2: City bike circular 3V hub gear, women's and men's model
- Lot 3: Electric bike comfort, women's and men's model
- Lot 4: Electric bike basic, women's and men's model
This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years for all lots:
For all lots, the term starts on the day following that on which the decision to award the contract is notified to the contractor (= conclusion of the framework agreement). For the specific delivery modalities, see § III.11 of the Implementing Rules.
This assignment concerns a framework agreement, an assignment on demand, in which the orders are placed in function of the actual needs. The tenderer undertakes to deliver all ordered quantities.
Lots 1, 3 and 4:
The contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum purchase to the supplier. The quantities are purely indicative. See also § III.11 Delivery modalities.
