The subject of the contract is the service of author's supervision, service, maintenance and operational supervision of the Impuls and Eskulap application software. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Annex to SWZ.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor employ on the basis of an employment contract in accordance with the requirements referred to in Article 22 of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), persons performing the following activities necessary for the performance of this contract, i.e.:

a) service and maintenance activities,

b) support activities provided at a distance, the so-called help desk.

The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting the Annex to the SWZ

or a further subcontractor hired on the basis of an employment contract as required,

referred to in Article 22 of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), persons performing in progress

the following activities necessary for the execution of this order, i.e.:

a) service and maintenance activities,

b) support activities provided at a distance, the so-called help desk.

4. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in the designed

the provisions of the agreement, constituting the Annex to the SWZ.
