The subject of the order are document archiving services with the transfer of resources of selected companies of the PGNIG SA Capital Group. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract, the manner and conditions of its performance and the requirements of the Employer are presented in Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the order are document archiving services with the transfer of resources of selected companies of the PGNIG SA Capital Group. The scope of services includes:

a) providing archiving services in the field of taking over, storing, sharing, missing and destroying documentation of resource owners;

b) preparation of the schedule and implementation of services of initial transfers of documentation belonging to the owners of the resource from the locations scattered by them to the Contractor's warehouse and archive;

c) providing collective archival boxes, labels with printed barges and entering the documentation of resource owners in the Contractor's warehouse-archive;

d) mapping of barges with existing reference numbers of the resource previously not inventoried;

e) collection and transport of constantly growing documentation of resource owners;

f) registration and recording of the indicated resource resource Owners documentation;

g) scanning the indicated resource resource documentation Owners;

h) providing an electronic information management system on stored resources (warehouse-archive IT system) to resource owners, including the creation of an electronic data repository of documentation belonging to them and operated by the Contractor;

i) cataloging contracts of the Owners of the resource.
