2. The subject of the contract under parts No. 1 -7 is carried out for the ordering party and the above-mentioned receiving entities in point. I.3.2 SWZ

3.The subject of the contract includes:

1) within parts No. 1 and 3-7, delivery of the subject of the contract to designated locations,

2. under Lot No 2:

(a) delivery of the subject matter of the contract to designated locations;

b) performing works necessary for the correct location / installation of the subject of the contract in designated locations, including bringing to the place designated by the Ordering Party and individual receiving entities, unpacking, installing, connecting to power sources and commissioning in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

4.Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract.

5.The locations (places of delivery or places of delivery and assembly) of the complete subject of the contract covered by a given part of the contract are indicated in Part IV of the SWZ, in Annex 10 to the SWZ and in Annex 2 to the model contract.

6.The Contractor is obliged to provide each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. The warranty requirements are set out in Part III of the SWZ.

7.The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to test its correct operation after production.

8. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.

9.The delivered subject of the order must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.

10. The subject of the order must be delivered to individual receiving entities together with user manuals, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual receiving entities will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

12. The delivered subject of the contract intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with an appropriate number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power sockets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

13.The offered subject of the contract on the day of drawing up the offer may not be foreseen by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale
