Framework agreement for workwear, protective clothing, protective equipment, and first aid equipment for Bergen Municipality and collaboration partners. The framework agreement includes workwear, protective clothing, footwear, and protective equipment for technical services, building and construction, cleaning, schools, and nurseries, etc.

The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for such products and we would like tenderers who can offer a broad selection of the requested product categories. A contract will be entered into for the entire range within the following categories:

1) Sub-delivery 1 - workwear and protective clothing, including rain gear and shoes

2) Sub-delivery 2 - workwear accessories, protective equipment, and first aid equipment 

The contract is for workwear and protective clothing, including rain gear and shoes for technical services, building and construction, cleaning, school, and nurseries, etc.

This contract has 3 product categories:

Standard assortment: This is labelled in the price and product sheet.

- Other assortment: Products that are in the tenderer's product portfolio, but which are not described in the price sheet.

- Items not in stock: Products that are not stocked by the tenderer, but which can be obtained. Prices are to be calculated as follows: The tenderer's gross prices minus the stated discount (one discount per product category).

The discount will apply for all three product categories.

The standard assortment and other assortment can be ordered from the e-commerce catalogue. Items not in stock are to be ordered via free text on e-commerce.
