Ulstein Eigedomsselskap KF (UEKF) will use this procurement to enter into a Framework Agreement with one (1) to three (3) service providers for each of the different disciplines/areas stated. Through the use of such contracts, UEKF wants to obtain simple and good access to trade services within these disciplines, and fulfil assignments with high quality and at a good price. The Framework Agreement shall include the procurement of all normal trade services within these disciplines for minor new buildings, improvements to and maintenance of the existing municipal buildings, of municipal buildings and municipal residences. The Contracting Authority estimates that the total extent of the requested services will be between NOK 0.5 - 4 million per annum. The extent can vary and the Contracting Authority will not be obliged to a specific volume in this contract. The contract is for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years.

For some disciplines/areas, the Contracting Authority will have competence for simple execution of such work, this is not included in the contract. There will also be an option for other entities in Ulstein municipality to utilise the contract on some occasions. The Contracting Authority estimates that the total extent of the requested services will be between 500 000 NOK — 4 000 000 NOK per annum. The extent can vary and the Contracting Authority will not be obliged to a specific volume in this contract. Trades that have several Framework Agreements will rank suppliers in order of priority. The tenderer who submits the best tender and gets 1st priority will be asked first to carry out work in such a contract. If the tenderer with 1st priority cannot take on the work, the assignment will go to the tenderer with 2nd priority etc. The contract is for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years.
