Description:
Delivery of a sewer inspection vehicle

Delivery of a ready-to-use sewer inspection vehicle up to max. 7.0 t.

The Stadtentwässerung Kaiserslautern AöR requires an additional TV inspection vehicle for inspection and documentation of the sewer network in accordance with DIN EN 13508-2 in connection with the leaflet DWA-M 149 part 2.

With the TV inspection vehicle, all non-accessible sewer profiles and connecting lines in the public area are to be examined.

In addition, the vehicle is to be equipped with a mobile sliding camera for inspecting house connection lines from buildings, which can be connected to the vehicle and operated.

The inspection of the connection lines in satellite operation should mainly take place via mechanical feed.

In addition, the inspection system should have a line profile measurement. The line course measurement (X, Y, Z coordinates) must be carried out in one step with the TV inspection. The measurement is to be carried out with a 3-D measuring system.

All pipe runs, bends and branches as well as optically straight and curved pipelines can be recorded using a continuous measurement.

The required coordinates can be recorded using a sensor integrated in the camera head. In addition, the Z coordinate of the pipe run should be recorded using a hydrostatic height measurement.

The optical inspection of the main channel must be recorded at least with a resolution of 720 x 576 pixels in mpeg2 format. The transmission must be lossless and without any time delay from the camera to the monitor.

Furthermore, a laser measurement of the inspected channel should be possible. The laser measurement is to be integrated in the camera head or trolley.

The vehicle should also have a manhole inspection camera. The shaft inspection should take place with a 3-D shaft camera with a 4K resolution in order to ensure complete documentation of the standard shaft structures (up to DN 1 500 mm).

The vehicle should have an HD cleaning system with a water tank of approx. 1,000 liters in order to be able to carry out the flushing operation during satellite inspection as well as the sewer cleaning of house connection lines and smaller main sewers up to DN 250 mm and shaft structures.

The equipment required for TV inspection and recording should be housed in a closed panel van with a high roof. The vehicle should have 3 separate rooms. An operating room for the TV inspector and a separate storage space are to be provided on the side. The inspection cameras, winches and flushing hoses are to be housed in the rear area.

The vehicle may not exceed a gross vehicle weight of 7.0 t.

A graphic representation of the division must be enclosed with the offer. In addition, pictures of comparable vehicle fittings must be enclosed.

In addition, a total weight balance must be enclosed with the offer.

When testing the device, make sure that only devices are used that can withstand continuous operation and meet the demands for operation in the vehicle.
