Delivery of an angiograph including installation, commissioning, integration with the hospital's RIS/PACS system and adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Department of Hemodynamics of WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an angiograph along with the assembly, commissioning, integration with the hospital's RIS/PACS system and adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Department of Hemodynamics of WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól.

2. The contractor submitting the offer is advised to carry out a site visit at the place where the angiograph is installed.

3. The description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

4. The warranty begins with a fault-free acceptance of the subject of the order and its installation/commissioning, confirmed by the acceptance protocol.

5. Warranty period for the offered item of the order in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty minimum 24 months max. 48 months.
