Energy monitoring system (EMS)

In scope of the assignment.

The scope of the assignment includes:

- the delivery, implementation and management of an EMS as a SaaS solution in accordance with the provisions

requirements and wishes (Appendix 'Program of requirements and wishes'),

- instruction from users and a functional application manager of the SaaS solution,

- the ODA (independent service provider) service, for obtaining measurement data from smart meters.

The value of the contract is estimated at EUR 600,000 excl. VAT calculated over the initial term including the option years. This is an indication, which is based on input obtained from the market survey. See also section 6.1.3. (Price) of this tender guide. No rights can be derived from this indication by the tenderer.
