Purchase of the financial and personnel information system covers a turnkey project of the system deployment project, the necessary user training, and support and maintenance services during the production run, including system development services. The tender and its annexes must be drawn up in Finnish.
The information system entity is implemented in the Client's own server environment.
Requirements for information system functionality are specified in the procurement documents.
