The service provider is required to have experience in customer-facing mobile application delivery, which is offered to the training/coaching business as a SaaS service.

In the implementation project, a SaaS service offered to Keva that meets the requirements described in the invitation to tender and its appendices is tailored from the existing service. The mobile application delivered after the implementation project can be found under its own name and freely downloaded from google play store and apple app store.

After commissioning, the service provider takes care of the maintenance of the mobile application and also offers the possibility of separately ordered consulting work after the implementation. Separately ordered consulting work includes such changes and additional features that are implemented by keva's order only for Keva.
