Provision of regular coach services corresponding to the operation of approximately 415,000 timetable hours per year and approximately 123 operating buses. The service is offered in 11 tender units. However, it is not possible to submit individual tenders for tender units 8A, 8B, 9A and 9B. Thus, combination bids must be submitted for 8A and 8B and 9A and 9B, respectively, cf. section 11 of the specifications. Contracts will be signed with an expected start of operations in the period 15 December 2024 to 15 February 2026.

The contract is covered by the requirement for the use of persons in training, which was introduced with the amendment to the Public Procurement Act, which entered into force on 1 July 2022. In connection with the performance of the contract, the operator must ensure the training of its employees in accordance with clause 12.3 of the contract.

Holbæk Municipality has informed Movia that they expect to implement savings that may entail a reduction in driving under the sub-agreement for tender units 9A and 9B. The extent of the reduction, including which lines under tender units 9A and 8B are expected to be affected by the savings, is currently unknown. If Holbæk Municipality decides to implement the savings with a consequent reduction of the mileage under tender units 9A and 8B, Movia will issue an adjusted contract appendix 1C9 and associated hast and text files well in advance of the deadline for submitting a final tender.
