In the course of the planned dismantling of Bürgerspital Solothurn Spitalhäuser 2, 3 and 4 from the 70 years including access ramp and chimney, the dismantling will take place in two stages. Dismantling stage 1 (above ground) incl. pollutant remediation will be realized in 2022/2023 and dismantling stage 2 (underground) will then take place in 2023 / 2024. In the following, services for dismantling stage 2 (underground) are advertised. The services include the dismantling of remaining basements (ground floor to 2.UG) from houses 2, 3 and 4 including repair measures for the so-called media tunnel in the 3.UG. The dismantling volume (underground) is approx. 16,000 m3. Subsequently, the dismantling perimeter is filled with earth material in layers and compacted.
