The offer applies to an IT operating agreement in a dedicated environment. The agreement includes:

- Operation of dedicated physical and virtual server and storage,

- Operation of databases,

- Operation of applications,

- Operation of Citrix environment,

- First line help desk outside normal working hours,

- Thin client operation,

- Hiring Microsoft software licenses,

- Office platform upgrade option,

- Option for supplementary consultancy.

Provider wishes to enter into a 4-year agreement with the possibility of extending up to 2 times 12 months. The contract is expected to take effect on 1.12.2018
