The objective of the requested service is to provide professional and technical services in the area of digital and web communication, in particular for the development of web and mobile communication applications: digital product strategy; business analysis; application architecture; application design; application development, deployment and maintenance; hosting; technical support services for digital services and applications.

The contractor will provide the above-mentioned services and maintain the current environments and infrastructures for the ETF web services and related applications, modules, databases.

They will also further design, develop, deploy and maintain new features as well as new digital products to meet new communication and organisational needs.
