Installation work in the area of gas, water, heating and sewage in our portfolio (mostly inhabited)

With the framework agreements put out to tender, building maintenance in the areas of gas, water, heating and sewage at Wohnbau Mainz (usually inhabited) is handled in the city area.

The specific content and scope of the work performance as well as the place and time of its provision can be found in the respective individual order.

The work will be carried out in company-owned and managed residential buildings in Mainz and suburbs.

The repair of the apartments can consist of individual rooms or parts thereof, but also of several rooms, entire apartments (as part of new occupations) or stairwells.

In each case, the contractor shall only act on the basis of a separate order from the client.

The total order volume is estimated at € 2,000,000 p.a. (net).

It is planned to award the contract volume to 10 companies via individual orders.

The contractor is not entitled to a minimum annual turnover.

The procedure should be as follows:

The first part of the process consists of the participation competition.

In the participation competition, suitability and the absence of reasons for exclusion are checked.

All suitable companies move on to the next stage of the negotiation process.

You will be asked to submit an indicative offer, ie all items in the specification of services will be given a price.

The prices are not yet final and may still be the subject of the following negotiations.

Next, all companies that have submitted an offer are invited to negotiate individually.

You can negotiate prices and contents.

For example, technically better or equivalent solutions can be negotiated at the same or lower price in the latter case.

A priced list of services is created on the basis of the initial offers, the negotiation results and our experience.

This will be sent to all negotiating parties.

In a final round of offers, the conditions thus worked out can be accepted or rejected.

Changes or further negotiations are no longer possible.

The submission of the list of services, which is fully accepted and confirmed by the bidder, represents the final offer.

After expiry of the waiting and objection period, we will accept the verified, unchanged final offers
