The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude a Construction Team Agreement in order to arrive at a TO that meets the requirements and wishes of the Client as formulated in the Descriptive document including annexes, including the Program of Requirements and the Architectural Secondary Education. The Contractor with whom the Construction Team Agreement is entered into has, after approval of the TO by the Client, the right to be the first to make a Price Offer for the realization of the approved TO, which upon acceptance results in a Construction Agreement between the Client and the Contractor. In this tender, the Quotation Price has been set by the Client at € 15,000,000, of which € 400,000 is reserved for the design phase and € 14,600,000 for the realization phase.
