With the call for tenders, the basic services and special services for the project planning of buildings in accordance with § 33 et seq. HOAI are awarded for work phases 1 to 4 (optionally LP 5-9).

The city of Leipzig intends to modernise and convert the existing former hospital at Friesenstraße 8 into a grammar school. The neighbouring existing sports hall at Friesenstraße 6 is also to be renovated in order to be able to secure school sports at the site. The former hospital is to be converted and completely modernized as a 3-stream grammar school, including the necessary outdoor facilities. The existing building of the sports hall is to be prepared in accordance with the spatial program of a 1-field hall.

According to the client's brief, a total budget (KG 200-700) of € 30,075,000 gross is currently available for the project. The costs of KG 300 + KG 400 amount to approx. € 20,860,000 gross.

The following five lots are therefore to be awarded within the framework of negotiated procedures with a competitive bidding process in accordance with §17 VgV:

- Lot 1 Object planning of buildings,

- Lot 2 Object planning of open facilities,

- Lot 3 Planning of technical equipment plant groups 1-3 and 8,

- Lot 4 Planning Technical Equipment Plant Group 4+5,

- Lot 5 Structural design.

With this publication, interested planning offices are asked to apply for the execution of the services for Lot 1 - Object planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with § 33ff in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI.
