The Contractor undertakes to provide a certificate to the office of the Contracting Authority confirming the redemption of the provision of technical assistance and maintenance services. The certificate shall be verified with the manufacturer within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract.

The Contractor undertakes to provide technical assistance and maintenance in respect of software held by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the list constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract).
