The project mainly concerns (Project):

• New construction of the Citadel College vmbo bk on the Dijkstraat in Lent;

• Approx. 4 100 m2 GFA of educational space and education-related spaces;

• Ambition: BENG-ready, Frisse Scholen class B (with some parts class A);

• Plan elaboration within the current planning frameworks (zoning plan, etc.);

• Plan development: 3D-modeled;

• Other project information (POE, etc.) has been added as Appendix D of the Selection Guidelines.

Building organization model (see section 1.5 of the Selection Guidelines):

• Construction Team Phase: plan elaboration in a construction team context;

• Implementation Phase: after the Client has explicitly decided in writing (administrative 'go decision'), within the specified frameworks provided for the actual realization of Lot 1: engineering work / Lot 2: technical installation work.
